JPSTC

Joint Public Safety Training Center

CSC Group consulted on the Chicago Joint Public Safety Training Campus (JPSTC), the City of Chicago's new state-of-the-art facility to serve the city’s continued efforts to provide the best tools, technology and training environment for first responders while improving community relations.

CSC Group contract compliance efforts included regular monitoring and agency compliance and non-compliance reports, non-compliant firms were offered assistance. We were successful in ensuring minority and women owned businesses and worker participation in the construction phase and coordinating initiatives of community engagement.

The campus is located at 4433 W. Chicago Ave. in West Garfield Park, Phase I was completed in August 2022. CSC Group provided compliance services for the project.

NACC

North Austin Community Center

CSC Group consulted on the North Austin Community Center (NACC), a 152,000 square foot facility for year-round indoor sports activities and educational programming on a 10-acre campus. CSC Group contracted to provide construction compliance consulting, D, E & I strategy, certified payroll and workforce development services for the project. The apprenticeship program increased recruitment of minorities, women and community workers with outreach to local organizations and community stakeholders. CSC Group assisted contractors by providing pre-award and post-award consultations and technical services. NACC is located at 1841 N. Laramie Ave, Chicago IL 60639.

NCP


The Nehemiah Community Project

CSC Group provided business consultation and workforce development services for the project. The Nehemiah Community Project is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization founded to serve the residents of the Maywood, IL, Proviso Township and its surrounding areas. NCP provides comprehensive social services to meet the needs of this underserved community.
